Our facility is equipped with advanced horizontal reciprocating surface grinders as well as a high-capacity Blanchard grinder, enabling us to handle complex grinding requirements with exacting standards.

    We employ a meticulous multi-step process to ensure dimensional stability and surface integrity. All critical plates are preroughed and stress-relieved prior to finish grinding—significantly reducing the risk of warpage and ensuring optimal flatness. Our grinding operations routinely achieve flatness, parallelism, squareness, and uniformity tolerances within ±0.0002".
